Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our skincare products.

LYRA SKIN & CO. strictly follows a ‘NO refund’ policy. The option of cashback is not available. The Exchange Policy will be applicable once the customer has placed the order, received the parcel, or the payment has been processed.

The exchange of damaged item(s) will be allowed if the item(s) received has any kind of manufacturing defect or shipment of the wrong item. The complaint must be raised within 24 hours, along with the invoice (via call, message, or email) after receiving the parcel.

Please allow one week for the processing of damage and claims.

To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be returned in its original packaging and in the same condition as when you received it. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Sales of all products purchased using a discount are final and non-refundable.

Initiating an Exchange

To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer support team at lyraskinandco@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the exchange. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the product.

Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your exchange. If your exchange is approved, we will process the delivery of your new product within 5-7 business days.

Please note: We cannot accept returns and exchanges for any products that have been used, opened, or damaged after delivery.
